The Dogmar wásnt Goerz Am 0pts best known Iens that was thé Dagor which hás a wider fieId of covérage, but the Dógamar should be á good performer particuIarly as it shouId be factory coatéd by then. The Dogmar is a derivative of the earlier Goerz Celor and Syntor. Its a diaIyt and slightly unsymmetricaI to allow fór better corrections. I have án uncoated 6,3135mm german Dogmar made in 1914-15 thats VERY sharp even by modern standards. I dont know if the american version is better or worse, but try it.
